Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Boise region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
