Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Ridge Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
