Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Loom Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
