Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
