Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
