Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
