Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen River Learning Group is an education provider in Salt Lake City serving students and families, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
