Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Quarry Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Baltimore area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
