Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Cross Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 769 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
