Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Rivermark Union Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
