Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Raleigh across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
