Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Granite Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Boston region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
