Summit Forge Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
