Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Junction Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
