Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tucson, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
