Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Northwind Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
