Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
