Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 884 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
