Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Providence with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
