Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Providence. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 724 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
