Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
