Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

Nova Timber Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
