Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
