Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Umber Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Portland, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
