Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Portland, OR)

Bright Harbor Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Portland. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
