Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Timber Property Management is a Phoenix property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
