Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
