Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
