Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
