Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Environmental Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
