Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
