Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Sable Staffing Group places workers with employers around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
