Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
