Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Cedar Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in Philadelphia serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
