Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
