Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
