Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
