Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 695 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
