Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cedar Health Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
