Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Vale Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
