Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
