Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
