Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Iron Property Management is a Oklahoma City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
