Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Oklahoma City with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 978 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
