Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Stone Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
