Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Haven Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
