Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Financial Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
