Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Sable Housing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
