Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around Oklahoma City with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
