Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Linden Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
